The first few weeks of exercise are very important. You don’t have to load yourself to the point of overstretching yourself otherwise you end up not wanting to exercise any more.
You can start with some cardio for about 20 to 30 minutes a day for the first three weeks. You can increase your time after going through these three weeks, 40 to 50 minutes a day is ideal. You must find a place to start.
Kick out boredom
You certainly don’t want to be bored by your exercise. One way to prevent boredom is to change the location. This will in the end determine the kind of exercise you do.
If you decide to jog you can’t do it indoors. After trying jogging for a few weeks, you can change to swimming. Then, you can switch to a sprint routine or an evening bike ride.
There are many ways of varying your activities. If there is a lake or a mall near you, you can try jogging or walking around. Those living near mountains can find a trail to hike. You can decide to ride your bike to work if you are close enough to your place of work.
You need a partner
You need to get a partner who will motivate you. Most people have used these methods and have testified that they are good. There are many ways to keep your cardio going, what you actually need is creativity.
What I am trying to suggest here is that you have to mix up your cardio activities to be able to enjoy them. Consulting a doctor before starting an exercise regimen is very important, especially if you have serious health conditions
